• You shall only use SieuLike services in a manner that complies with the individual Terms of Service of each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Service rates are subject to change at any time without notice. These terms remain in effect even when rates change.
• SieuLike does not guarantee exact delivery times as they depend on service type and order quantity. Displayed times are estimates only. We do not refund orders that are still processing if you feel they are taking too long.
• SieuLike strives to deliver exactly as requested. However, we reserve the right to change the delivery method if necessary to complete an order.

• SieuLike provides social media engagement services (likes, followers, views, comments, etc.) to help users enhance their personal or brand image on digital platforms.
• We do not guarantee that new followers/likes will interact with you. We only guarantee you receive the quantity you paid for.
• We do not guarantee 100% of accounts will have profile pictures, full bios, or uploaded content, although we strive to achieve this.
• You must not use our services to boost engagement on content that is pornographic, violent, illegal, or otherwise unsuitable for the social media community.
• If your page already had over 100,000 followers/likes before ordering, refill protection may not apply as it is impossible to determine the source of the drop.

• You need to deposit credit before placing orders. We support various payment methods.
• If you wish to refund your remaining balance after depositing, please contact our support team. We will process the refund as soon as possible.
• Filing a dispute or chargeback without valid reason may result in account termination, order cancellation, and service revocation.
• Non-deliverable orders will be refunded as credit to your SieuLike account balance.
• If the order's page/link changes, breaks, is removed, or the account gets suspended for violating social media terms, SieuLike is not responsible and will not refund completed orders.
• Misplaced orders or orders to private accounts will not qualify for refunds. Please verify each order before placing it.
• Do not use multiple services simultaneously for the same page/post. We cannot guarantee accurate quantities in such cases and will not issue refunds.
